Job Description
- Assisting Supervisor to prepare, organize, execute & train the following plan on Site Emergency Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, and Shopee safety rules regulations.
- Setting up and train the emergency response team.
- Assistant Manager-Production to prepare Environmental Management System (ISO 14000).
- Ensuring processes are in specified ranges relating to HEPA and HEPA controls.
- Responsible for implementing the Environmental Health and Safety Management program in accordance with Regulations and ISO standards.
- Maintaining EHS Control Procedures and records per regulations, ISO and OHSAS Standards.
- Assisting in EHS daily works i.e. translation, training of personnel and in EHS Committee Activities.
- Performing other assignments as required.

- Bachelor/Engineer degree in technical/chemical/Environment, etc.
- At least 02 years of experience in HSE/audit of the manufacturing company, with good knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations and audits’ requirements and HSE report/audit.
- Expert in problem solving and tools, with the position of Supply chain.
- Manufacturing, E-commerce is a big plus.
- Experience in Training and development, Facilitation is preferred.
- Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSS 22000, OHS.
- Good communication skill, with English.
